- Brands Domaine Giroux Yves et Fils
Straw-gold with golden highlights.
Domaine Giroux is owned by former race car driver Sebastian Giroud. His passion for motorsports has long kept him away from the world of the Macon family vineyards in Burgundy. But at the age of 30, he responded to the call of his roots and became the owner of his father's winery in Fuisse. Domain produces dry white wines from Chardonnay grapes under the names Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché and Mâcon-Loché. “Our goal is to understand and reveal the subtleties of our terroirs through our wines. Every day we humbly try to find a harmonious balance between the soil and the vines with maximum respect for the environment, ”says Sebastian Giroud.
It goes well with vegetarian dishes, as well as pasta and sausages.
Contains notes of citrus - lemon, grapefruit - that develop into aromas of exotic fruits with hints of verbena and fresh almonds.
Fine, frank and fruity, soft and rounded, with long notes of peach and plum mirabelle.
